Cases within the scope of return
Customers need to check the condition of the goods and can exchange/return the goods at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:
Not the right type, model as you ordered.
Not enough quantity as in the order.
The product is damaged, the quality is not guaranteed.
Please check the goods and sign the status with the delivery staff immediately after receiving the goods. When detecting one of the above cases.

It is the responsibility of the customer to present relevant documents proving the above deficiency to complete the return/return of the goods.
Cases outside the scope of return and exchange support:
You want to change the type, quantity but without prior notice.
You store the product incorrectly: let the product be spoiled => damaged.
You have checked and signed to receive the goods but there is no response within 24 hours from the time of signing for receipt.
Refund and exchange method
Exchange new products of the same type (only exchange the number of damaged goods due to the supplier’s fault)
Bank transfer according to the information provided by the customer.
