1. DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time from 3-7 days, may be longer depending on the delivery unit.

2. PACKING FOR DISTRIBUTION DELIVERY

For orders delivered far away through an outsourced shipping service, for the safety of your goods, DOMIFO.VN will pack the goods in specialized packages or boxes larger than the size of the goods.

3. EXTERIOR DELIVERY FEES

Shipping fee: calculated based on the Weight of the goods or the Weight converted from the Size (for bulky goods), the cost of packing wooden cases, the distance of the place of delivery

How to calculate Weight Converted from Dimensions (for bulky goods – following shipping industry precedent): Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height(cm) / 6000.

You can refer to the Appendix Shipping charges and shipping time norms according to the price of the supplier.

If your order needs to be shipped in different shipments or has to be shipped multiple times, the shipping fee for your entire order will be charged one (01) time at the time of the first shipment.

4. RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPPING GOODS

If the shipping service provided by DOMIFO.VN or designated by us will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of the goods during the transportation of goods from DOMIFO.VN to you.

It is your responsibility to inspect the goods upon receipt. When detecting damaged, scratched, broken, dented, or wrong goods, sign to confirm the condition of goods with the delivery staff and immediately notify the Customer Care Department: 0907 530 730

After you have signed to receive the goods without making any notes or comments about the goods. DOMIFO.VN is not responsible for the return requests for damage, scratches, broken, dented, wrong goods, … from customers later.

If the shipping service is designated and selected by you, you will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of the goods during the transportation of goods from DOMIFO.VN to you. . Customer will be responsible for freight and related losses.
